i have brown hair and got blue streaks all through it. i have green eyes and it didn't clash, it looked ace. i don't see how having blue eyes will do anything to it, if anything having blue streaks will probably enhance your eyes and same goes vice versa. i say go for it!

why? are your eyes blue? be careful of how much you do to your hair, too much proccessing will ruin it over time.

Honestly hun, I have never really seen this mix, but is seems, in a way, interesting. I, however, have seen brown hair with a large single blue streak in it.

In my opinion, I would say,"Go for it!"

Hair is hair, you can always dye it a neutral color if you don't like it :)

i recently had blue put in my hair looks good but i had extensions put in as the blue colour wouldn't take properly and had to have it redone every couple of weeks as the blue colour is only a semi permanent colour so where i was going every 2-3 weeks for the colour dying back with the extensions they last for 3 months

Brown is a warm color and blue is a deep cool these two colors would contrast and make for an awkward combination. If you're hell bent on doing it dye your hair black then put the blue hilights.

If i was you, i wouldnt have highlights I would have lowlights.

Highlights might be a bit shocking, lowlights would be slightly faded.

It will look cute. But for you to get the blue into the hair your going to have to bleach the pieces of hair you want blue first and then apply the blue color. Good luck. =]

i think it would look great but be careful because blue often goes green after a while.

My daughter has brown hair, and loves blue so she has experimented with many ways of having blue hair, or even just blue highlights in her hair.

The first problem was finding a product that would actually look blue in her hair. She ended up having to bleach the streaks completely blonde, and then adding in the blue.

After a few times she ended up having not only blue highlights, but blonde highlights as well... because she could never get all of the blonde covered with the blue.

It still looked really cute, but it was alot of work.

As you will see, she had many shades of blue, some almost looked green... lol

Another problem is the blue doesn't ever last very long - even when she had the highlights professionally done, so she was always dying the highlights or just looking faded.
