I have just had my hair highlighted and it is a little dry, I have tried the wella sp power mask before and it is really good, does anybody recommend any other salon brand masks/conditioners that are good?

If you can find a salon that carries Davines they have wonderful reconstructor condtioners. If they are a Davines salon they should be able to get a product called Royal Jelly. Every so often i use a leave in conditioner. Leave it and go to bed with it in. It makes a big diffirence to your hair and you don't need to do it often.
